The Uppal Chadha Group introduced the concept of Hi-Tech Township in Ghaziabad, UP, which is presently known as "Wave City." The Project is located on NH-24, which is being developed as a 16-lane expressway. The total area envisaged for the development is around 4,500 acres and the phase-I of the project is being developed in 1,600 acres.
